Refund policy

All bags are pre-owned and photographed and described as accurately as possible. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or style. If your bag arrives and does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. If the item is confirmed as not as described, we will refund your purchase price and cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable. Items must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
